Shipping Policy

Ninfasland ships nationwide within the United States from San Diego County, California. Orders to Canada and Mexico are also accepted, with rates calculated at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day. Because we are at farmers markets on weekends, a Friday order may ship on Monday.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, the weight of your order and the carrier rates at the time of purchase. You will see the exact shipping cost before you pay. Carriers vary by destination and may include USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Delivery times

Estimated transit time is 2 to 7 business days within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico may take longer. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and holidays can affect delivery times.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you, under our Returns and Refunds policy.

Incorrect addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but contact us and we will do our best to help.
