1. Overview

This store is operated by Ninfasland, a small batch fruit spread business based in Lakeside, California, founded and run by Chef Maria Gonzalez. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and other store policies.

2. Products

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Because our spreads are made by hand in small batches with real fruit, natural variations in color and texture can occur from batch to batch and are not defects. We may change or discontinue flavors at any time, including our rotating weekly and seasonal flavors.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card information.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if pricing was in error, or if fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns and Refunds policy.

5. Food and allergy notice

Our products are foods, made in a kitchen that handles a variety of ingredients. Ingredient lists appear on each product page and label. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, review the ingredients carefully and contact us before ordering. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nutritional information is provided as a guide.

6. Gift cards

Digital gift cards are delivered by email, are redeemable only in this store, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Gift cards do not expire.

7. Intellectual property

All content in this store, including our name, logo, texts, photographs and product names, belongs to Ninfasland and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for unlawful purposes, not to interfere with its operation, and not to submit false or misleading information.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ninfasland is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this store or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update these terms at any time, and the version published in this store applies to new orders.
